Translate My Menu is a mobile Services and website (the “Services“) provided by Translate My Menu LLC (the “Company”) which allow users (“User”) to access and read restaurant menus both in English and in their native language.

During your subscription, you will be required to provide certain personal information.
The registration can be done using your user Facebook/Twitter credentials (or any other supported authentication method).
Username cannot be on impersonation, the same or confusingly similar to famous trademark, or be a term that is offensive in any way. You may, use your own name or the name of your company if you are eligible to do so. If you use your own name, you consent to it being passed to others by use of the functions of the Services. Translate My Menu reserves the right to reject or remove any username that does not meet applicable standards.
Demographic and other data: we may use tracking technology to collect information about your use of our Services, information about your device such as your device ID, IP address and browser type, demographic data, location and, if you arrived at the Services via a link from a site other than the relevant App Store, the URL of the linking page. It may also collect your name and email address.
